I am assuming you are putting in a 5 speed and not a 6 speed. The T-5 is a very simple swap. You will need the crossmember, pedal assembly, and hydraulic assembly from the donor car. It is quite literally a bolt in job. Just take your time cutting the floor board for the shifter and the firewall for the master cylinder and you will be fine.

No I don't. The best thing to do is take some measurements of your friends car and transfer them over. As far as the master cylinder goes, there should be an area in the firewall insulation where a master cylinder would go. You can use this as a guide.

the master cylinder itself has a bracket that bolts to the brake booster, then you'll need to cut a hole for the clutch petal linkage to the clutch master cylinder. there are a few good write ups on here.
