Can somebody let me know if the harness are the same. I'am hoping I can just change the ecm and trans. Please let me know what all needed for the swap.

Some harnesses came set up for either, some didn't. Just check the harness down near the transmission. If you have a white, four prong plug taped to the harness, but not hooked up, then your harness is equipped for an auto. If that plug isn't there, then you'll need to either change out the harness or figure out how to add in the extra wires to your existing harness, otherwise your converter won't be able to lockup in overdrive. I have an 89 with a factory 700r4, and my harness has the plug there for the reverse lights for a 5 speed trans.
