Axle/Gears: 10 bolt, true-trac, 3.73
I think torque arm to axle is like 130ft/lbs
LCA's are somewhere in the 65ft/lbs range, same with panhard
shock bolts, you are compressing that rubber sleeve, so I think it'd be less.
But I usually use Ede's method too. Make sure the suspension bolts use stover nuts, not normal nuts!!!

I tighten mine a little tighter than ede does; I usually go almost all the way up to REAL F'ING TIGHT with hand tools.
