help before i spend some money

will a 1989 monte carlo ss posi rear end be a easy fit in my 1992 camaro? the ss rear is not disk brakes(i dont want that) but is it near the same mounting pattern as the camaro?the reason for the swap is because i want a posi, and i dont wanna have to put gears in it or anything,it already has i htink 3.34 or something,i cant remember what he said, but then again,im not positive its a lsd either.im goin to check it out,and before i pay,i wanna know how hard it would be to put in my car.would it be worth to start out with a posi rear, get the posi rebuilt and put gears in it,or should i just start out with my open get a posi, and put gears in it?

The housing is different and won't swap without work that is beyond most people's abilities.

The G-body housing doesn't have a torque arm mount and you would have to swap the LCA/shock/spring perches from your 10-bolt onto it too.
