Lock up problem? TV problem?

Lock up problem? TV problem?
If I get up on my car, it will shift in 3rd and then just accelerates red line...let off the gas for a couple seconds it will then shift, then you can stomp on it again.
If you are cruising at 50 then stomp on it, just accelerates to redline and does not shift till you let off.
I just did the T-5 to auto swap.
I wired the TCC lock up according to schematics (couresty of Vader) to my ECM.
The tv cable has a small kink in it between the D button and TB. not sure if that could affect anything. But i adjusted the TV cable atleast 5 times.
Do I need a new TV cable or is there something else I am missing?
