Th400 or 700r4

I just got a 383 for my car its pushing close to 475 hp. I have a raptor 700r4 with 25,000 miles on it. Also i have a th400 freshly rebuilt. Which should i use.

If it is a street car I would use the four speed for mpg, but hang on to the th400 just in case. I do not have any experience with a raptor 700r4.

If it is track only I would sell the 700r4 to build the th400 strong or sell both for a pg.

IF you are going to drive your 383 on the street like I do, I would go with the 700R4 assuming that you have OD in it.
