How much of a 4 gen bird drive train will fit in a 3rd gen bird? I have a 96 bird with a 3800, 5 speed. Are the trannys any good? What are they worth? What would the problems be installing the 5 speed in where a 700r4 is? Thanks.

 

the v6 5spd will not work with a 350. i asked this question before the main thing that came up was the bearing retainer sticks out too much and the bellhousing wont bolt up.
