LT1 T56 Hydraulic lines

Well maybe this has been covered, but if it hasn't It should probably be a T56 sticky.

I purchased a supposedly ready to go T56 from a member on the boards. For the most part everything was there except the line from the master to the slave. The master and slave were nice too, because they were aluminum, so I did not really want to buy a new setup. Well I have looked everywhere, and finding a replacement line is a tricky proposition. Here is what I came up with after reading through some different web sites and magazines

Mcleod makes a fitting that has the stock quick connect on one side and -4AN on the other. The Summit part number is the following

MCL-139026

The -4AN works good because that happens to match up to a pre made Earle's Brake line. My car needed about 24 inches to route it safely. Here is the Summit part number

EAR-64191924ERL

Its not cheap, but it gets the job done, and is cheaper than buying a whole new assembly.
