i was wondering... is there a difference between the 700r4 in my 92 rs 305 and that of a iroc with a 350 or a z28?if i were to put a l98 in my l03 equipped car would i just be able to put a vette servo on and a different converter and will it be ok? im looking for a cheap way to get more power. i want to do a lt1 6spd swap. but i dont have a garage to do it in right now. my friend and i could drop a l98 with the computer and everything in in a couple weeks. but the lt1 6spd would be worth the time.really. i want to stay FI. i want people to be like. its a rs. its not fast. then hit the cutoff and see the look on thier faces. i would put a lt1 with the 700r4 but it wouldnt hold up long unless i had it built. so my real question is, will my 305 equipped 700r4 hold up to the specs of the l98?
