T56 w/4.10s speedo?
I know that with T56s in the 4th gens a gear changes just means changing the computer to compensate. But, with a LT1 T56 in 3rd gen with the stock ECM and 4.10s, how would I get the speedometer right? I have changed the rear gears from 2.73s to 3.23s with the auto and changed the tailshaft speedometer gears. Is this what I would have to do with the T56?

I think you may need one of these. This was the impression I got before doing the same swap in my 92.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to do something like that. How hard are they to install? Thanks!

If you do a search for Dakota Digital SGI-5 there should be a thread that shows a wiring diagram. if memory serves me correctly Mr Dude 1 had the diagram.
