i need a new diferential need some help

ive recently blown my 10 bolt apparently due to a blown left axle seal. apparently it ran out of grease and the driveshaft bent and bent the carrier bearings. this comes after i spent 600 to have the pinion bearing replaced. now the dealership i took it too to get checked out said that they found a a junkyard driveshaft and differential at a junkyard and the repair would be 1200. now even though the rear end only has 63000 on it id rather get a new one. now i would like someinfo and links to some decent diffs that are say under 300 or so if thats even possible and driveshafts and suggestions as to the gear to have in it as i had the 2.73 in my old one. i was thinking something like 3.3 or so in the rear gear. let me know what you all think.

wow, for that kind of dough you could pick up a 12bolt ready to bolt in!

for the gears, since your running a 305tpi (or not?) i would keep the gears pretty low. something like 3.08/3.23 (depending if you find a 2 series or 3 series carrier) to keep the tpi in its lower rpm powerband.
