i have a Pro Built 700R4, i had to switch all the internals to a diferent case because the case i got was cracked (used). i bolted it up to a '93 LT1. after finally driving it, i found out that 2nd doesn't work.

i have a B&M ratchet shifter, and when i put it in 3rd and take off, the trans goes from 1st to 3rd. then, if i slap it into 2nd, it acts like it's in neutral...no go. what should i check??
