LT1 T56 to a LS1 T56?

ok so im gearing up for an LSX motor swap but i have the lt1 t56 is there anyway i can make this work at all? or any of the parts like the slave cylinder?

I just went through the same thing. If you are going to reuse your trans you will need a new bellhousing, input shaft and front plate to convert to a ls1 style. These 3 items will cost around $600. You will also need a new pressure plate, clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder. It was cheaper for me to sell the old trans and buy a LS1 style.

same here, i just sold my lt1 setup and it paid for most of my ls1 setup
