Axle/Gears: stock for now
torque arm??

i pulled the motor and trany out today on my 88 camo its a good thing making room for my new stuff my ? is i know the stock torque arm is not the best in the world but for now it will have to do but the mount is shot does someone make a better one or do i just replace it with a stock one???

are you referring to the trans mount or the bushing that supports the torque arm?

energy suspension makes both the torque arm bushing and the trans bushing.. since you're at it, might as well change both of em and the motor mounts too..

I installed the Energy Supension T/A bushing and trans mount. They were worth every penny. In fact, I'm not even sure if you can still get a stock, rubber T/A bushing anymore. But who'd want to, when the poly ones are far superior. Pay attention to which way the "lips" are facing on the end of your torque arm before ordering the bushing though. Some face inward, some face outward, and they have different part #'s for each one.

yes i have got new e/s trany and motor mounts it was the t/a i was talking about thanks for the help ill have to look at it to see witch way the t/a end goes

Yeah, make sure before you order it. I got a brand new one off the classifieds here really cheap a while back because the guy ordered the wrong one. Just trying to save you from the same blunder.
