Hey guys, I'm really bummed. I finally got this car on the road after the BB swap and have driven it about 100 miles on and off. I have a fresh TH400 with a manual shift kit (no active Modulator). When the trans is cold, it shifts really nice and firm, but as it warms up, the 1-2 shift gets really sluggish and the 2-3 shift stays firm. I know if this continues that it will eventually burn up 2nd. I am good with about everything else, but transmissions really baffle me.
