I have a problem with my 700r4. I just rebuilt it and it shifts perfectly when in drive or OD but if I try to shift it manually at wot throttle it will not shift out of 1st gear. I want to shift manually while racing because it shifts out way to early. I haven't messed with the governer weights and springs yet.
