i just recently blew my 87 iroc tranz. and i picked up a 89 700r4 to drop in so i bought a new tranz filter and the thing just wont fit. the o ring is too big, but its the right filter for the tranz. is their any tricks to putting it in. also the old o ring is out so thats not the problem. it seems to taper in the hole. i just want it to clear the pan so i can get up an moving.
