hi all and a happy new year ok so put gear box etc back on car conected tv cable to throtal bracket have not adjusted it yet the thing is the throtal bracket is not fully closed its open about 1cm so when i adust it will it close all the way i have removed the crusie control cable would that make a difference and is it or right to make a set of cooler pipes from cooper as tring to get replacent ones over her is not easy thanks

 

Once the TV cable is adjusted, everything should line up perfectly. Reason being you're adjusting where the cable goes when the throttle body is full open.

Press and hold the button while you slide the cable towards the windshield.
Let go and then reach over to the throttle body. Open the throttle up to the full open position. Should hear the TV cable click and it will stop exactly where it needs to.

The cruise control cable should make no difference whether it's installed or not.
