Hey folks I repaired my 9 bolt posi this weekend and it's sure nice to have it right again. It hooks hard turning right or left and there's no binding poping etc. I shimmed the side gears to 0.0" clearance.

I had looked at the article in the tech section and after a lot of searching found another on this board. It goes into much more detail and has pictures. It's located in this thread as an attached image.

This is a really good article and the job is not as hard as you may think. The hardest part is finding the dang shims! Hope this helps.
