Moser Rear End and Brakes???
I was just talking with Moser engineering about their "bolt in" 12 bolt for the thirdgen. I told them my GTA came from the factory with disc brakes, to which he replied they won't work on a Moser rearend. Apparently the calipers wont bolt up.
So my question is what do I do?? It is as simple as ordering 4th gen calipers, pads, and rotors to put on the Moser? Or do I need to order a certain bracket for the brakes? Someone one here must have encountered this before.
Please help!

they are right, it`s no bolt on. You`ll need to re drill the plates to the new pattern and also either have them pressed on with the bearings or have them bored so they slip over the bearings. They usually are really helpful on letting you know the options. The offset of the axle flanges will need to be the same as the 7.5 too.

Time for brake upgrade, I used the '98 & up rear brakes on mine.

Dyno Don - so is it really that easy? I just order the Moser, order some 4th gen rotors, calipers, and pads, and they will bolt right on??

"4th gen rotors, calipers, backing plates and pads, and they will bolt right on??"
So to speak...yes.
You tell them what you are using and they set it up accordingly.
The axles and such come unassemled because the backing plates go on before the bearings.
Then you need e-brake cables for the 4th gen setup and a new mounting in the tunnel to hold them like a 4th gen.
Here is what it looks like:
