TH350 for $200. deal or no deal?

Axle/Gears: 10 bolt/3.08. soon to be axleless
TH350 for $200. deal or no deal?
alright. i thought i scan threw the local adds on the internet. and i came across this.

i emailed the dude about some info about the tranmission. since its 12am. i dont think he would like someone calling at that time haha.
anyways what do you think? just need some input. i can fix up the paint and make it look new. i have no idea what a stage 2 shift kit is.
i been reading some info about the th350 and you can buy upgrade parts for them for not to expensive and they can handle alot of power if you get the right parts and built properly.
