he needed a monsoon radio and I went out bought one (mint condiont )

SHIPPED IT TO HIM THE SAME DAY I GOT IT. and he told me i would get a sweet deal out it an amp,a head unit, a cut out, some components if i wanted.....

So after that I wanted to get my stuff shipped like he said he would do. always giving me excuses or just being lazy......he wouldnt even have ups pick it up at his work!

I tryed asking to meet up with him ( I do some bussness near his area some time) and wanted to meet up with him while im in the area...nope he cant cuz he has work... he cant take a 40 min lunch break and bring it to me?
the other time I was willing even to go up to his house to get it...but no he cant durning the day

He has told me many time o yeh I shippped it out bla bla bla and i would ask for a tracking # no responce now he ignores my call ( yes I call alot ) if he doesnt have the **** i just want my money back simple as that.

the past friday he went to purchas some stuff in work hours and was going to mail my stuff at the same time....all coo as i thought .....nope just another lie
btw he lives in pa and i live in md like 2.5 hours apart
