The simplest way to figure it out would be to just go to a parts store with a Digital Volt Ohmeter and measure the resistance of a new TCC solenoid and just use "OHMS LAW" formula
I=E/R
For example: 12Vdc solenoid power divided by (20 ohms )solenoid resistance = .6 amps
