vigulante torque converter?
Now that I'm almost in the 12's on the stock torque converter and a naturally aspirated 350, I think it's about time I get a "real" torque converter. Chck out my sig to see my setup- I'm curious if anybody has a vigulante torque converter and how they think it would work with my setup.
possibly some before and after times

I would highly recommend this converter, worth every last cent IMO.
I had one with a 2800 stall in my 92 Z28.
Typical gains from this converter are 1.5 to 2 tenths off your 60 ft times and 4-5 tenths in Et.
"Now that I'm almost in the 12's"
You WILL be in the 12's period.
Just be sure to get some sticky tires, you're gonna need em!

Talk to Dana at Probuilt. He will be able to get you a good price.
I did the Vigilante and the total rebuild. It is a night and day difference with the convertor.
I definitely recommend it too....
This is the last component many people change in there car, when it actually should be one of the first or right in the middle....
------------------
Sportsman II 72 CC heads, Pete Jackson gear drive, Performance Resources chip, Edelbrock 1 5/8" headers and Edelbrock cat back exhaust, hi-flow cats, Trans-go stage 3 shift kit, Vigilante 9.5" 2800 stall convertor, SLP cold air induction, SLP roller camshaft, 24lb ADS injectors, AFPR, 3.45 rear end gears, and other goodies...
