I have an 89 Formula with a busted disk-brake 9-bolt and was wondering what i would be up against with installing a used rear from a 4th gen. Will the disk brake systems be compatable? I'd like to use the 4th gen. rims on the rear also. Would the wheel spacing work? Would it look "right"? Is any fabrication / cutting / welding required? Which particular rear/gear ratio should i look for? I'm looking for someting in the 3.2x-3.4? range.

Any and all help would be appreciated.

It's a direct bolt in but the 4th gen diff is 2 inches wider per side.
