Tire Recommendations?
I have an 88' Iroc that I just got through swapping a 305 to a 388 carb. stroker motor. I just fired it up last week. I'm getting to the point to where i need to start thinking about tires. I have a Turbo 350 with a 3500 stall in it. I am wondering which kind of tire you guys recommend and seem to be satisfied with. I'm looking for a more ET Street type tire. It will be on the street some, mainly on the track though. I need something that will hook up on the track, but yet still gives me a decent street hook and has pretty good tire life. Any input would help me make my decision and get the car on the road that much sooner. Appreciate it.

Re: Tire Recommenedations?
A couple friends of mine have had very good luck with NITO NT555s or the r version. Hooks nicely at the track and street.

I've got a set of Summitomo HR4's on my car and they grab great at the track and perform superbly on the road in all weather sitting on 245 50 16's
