Just recently, over the past week or maybe even two my T-5 has started to give me a tougher time when shifting into gear. Mainly it will take longer to go into gear and many time it will only go partly into a gear and I'll have to push quite a bit harder or pull out and slam it in. Anybody know why this is happening, or even better how I can fix it? I'm assuming that since it has 140K miles on it and I shift fast a lot that the synchronizers are finally wearing.
Any help is appreciated,
Jason

From the symptoms you desribe, it sounds like it could almost be the clutch. Definately worth checking. Much cheaper than tranny work.
