Any REason I cant Use the 10 Bolt Pumpkin out of my 79 Firebird as the actually physical case For My new rearend Im Building, So that I can get it put together and Swap them in one afternoon ? Would greatly Simplify things.

The pumkin in a 79 is 8.5in not 7.5. Also it has no provision for the torque arm. Thats what I can think of off the top of my head.
