to adjust the t.v. Cable (or detent cable),
1. push the tab in on the cable right behind where it mounts to the bracket.
2. push the cable back into the housing that is attached to the bracket, ONLY push it back until it is flush.
3. then with your hand, open the throttle to wide open throttle.
i didnt use teh best of technical terms, but i hope this helps.
