Full manual control, can't find answer

Quick question:

If I go with transgo for full manual control, will my shifts have any time delay when I shift as a 700R4 normally does, eg. when you hit the shifter, will I get the next gear instantly or after a couple of tenths or half a second or so??

Thanks.

I have a B&M Manualpak in my TH-350, and it's a full manual conversion. No kick down cable, no modulator needed, and you'll have to shift it.
The shifts are instant, there is little or no mush, and it will test your U-Joints !!! It's really like driving a stick, I mean you can start off in second or third, or go from first to third. This is what I call a cost effective road racer. Well see how it holds up in the a harsh environment this summer.

From what i hear the transgo will shift with no hesitation...and does give you full manual control if you wish to use it. I just ordered the transgo so when i have it installed ill let you know.

It states in the manual and video of TransGo that using the auto option, you can manual hold any gear to any RPM, while still retaining the auto feature. But, using the stick shift otion, YOU must go through the gears (much like using a manual trans without a clutch), it will not upshift for you at any RPM, the auto feature is totally disabled. Having said that, go with the auto options in the kit ONLY!
