hi, im trying to build a 83 z28 and i bought a beefed up turbo 400 for it. it has manual valve bodies and should hold up pretty well. any ways i was wondering if any one has used one in their cars and could give me any advice. i need to figure out how to make the speedometer work and figure out the right size drive shaft i need. it had a long shaft turbo 350 in it before i bought it and the speedo didnt work then, i asume it had a 700 from the factory. im not really sure how to tell if i have a long or short shaft 400. i have the tail shaft cover for the 350 if any one wants to trade me one for my 400.
