Powertrax Units...
Was thinking of getting the Powertrax No-Slip locker for my 91 3.42 rear end. It says it' replaces the spider gears, right? How tough is it to install? I'm not afraid to tackle most jobs, but when it's as precise as somethings in the ring and pinion need to be, i get a little worried. Thanks for any feedback.

Its a easy instalation done with a few basic tools. You only remove the spider gears,so you don't have to worry about the ring and pinion get out of adjustment. The powertrax just takes the place of the spider gears to lock both axles togther. Its really simple to do.

What he said above. I've put 3 of these in without any problems. The one in my 82 has been installed for about 4 years. Excellent instructions with big color pictures.

Thanks... Sounds like it's not too difficult. I tried to hit there website the other day and it said it was out of bandwidth. Must be a shame offering such a good product. Thanks again.
