what diff. trans. will fit a 2.8 overdrive or non overdrive?
I think my trans. is fixing to go out and i was wondering what kind of trans. will fit an 88 Camaro 2.8 other than a 700R4 and it doesnt have to be overdrive.

57 Bel Air, my 1st car. 0.030 over 396, Weiand Action+, Edelbrock 1901 Q-Jet, Jacobs Omnipack, 1-3/4" headers, TH400 w/TCI Sat Night Special conv & Trans-Scat shift kit, 3.08 10-bolt w/Powertrax, AMSOIL syn lubes bumper-to-bumper. Best 15.1 @ 5800' Bandimere. Daily driver while Camaro was being put together.

Ouch. Chance, search this message board for "200C". Keep in mind that it's either a 700r4 or 200C for your 2.8...
