A fourth gen flywheel will not work on a two piece rear main seal. You do have to have a LT1 specific flywheel for the pressure plate and clutch to work properly. You will have to buy a custom flywheel from Centerforce, McLoed, or maybe Hayes. I bought a Centerforce flywheel for $300. Ouch. Anyway, I think your tooth count is correct and a 350 is internally balanced so you should buy a nuetral balance flywheel. I had to buy an externally balance flywheel for my 383 since it uses a 400 crank. Good Luck.

Yeah. There are basically 4 versions of the chevy flywheel.
153 tooth, 12 3/4", neutral balance, with a 3.58" crank bolt pattern - Fits and balances most pre86 (two piece rear) SBCs except for 400s
168 tooth, 14", neutral balance, with a 3.58" crank bolt pattern - Fits and balances most pre86 (two piece rear) SBCs except for 400s
Above are true for 400s except it is counter balanced because the larger crank's counterweights can't fit in the block.
153 tooth, 12 3/4", counter balance, with a 3" crank bolt pattern - Fits and balances post87 (1 piece rear) most SBCs.
168 tooth, 14", counter balance, with a 3" crank bolt pattern - Fits and balances post87 (1 piece rear) most SBCs.
Which gives us this chart
153 12.75 3.58 N (Most exc. 400)
168 14.00 3.58 N (Most exc. 400)
153 12.75 3.58 C (400 CI)
168 14.00 3.58 C (400 CI)
153 12.75 3.00 C (Most after 87)
168 14.00 3.00 C (Most after 87)
