help with t56 hydraulic clutch

I just recently put a t56 in my camaro and the clutch is disengauging and engauging late. So i went to the dealer to get a new hydraulic clutch system and they said there are two different hydraulic clutches for the t56. They said take the numbers off of the old master and slave cylinder. The problem is that i never had the orginal master and slave cylinder that came with the tranny. Can some tell me how to tell which number hydraulic clutch i need.

This seems to be a common problem. You're gonna have to take the number off of the trans and that should tell ya. I don't think anyone has figured out the difference between the two yet. If you figure out the difference between them PLEASE tell us!! Thanks.
