what brand and ratio rear gear should i use for my set up

what brand and ratio rear gear should i use for my set up

i jus broke my 373 rearend i sheared off 3 teeth on the pinion gear these were richmond would u recommend going with richmond again or someone like us gear etc should i stay 373 or go with differnt ratio for my tpi set up mods in sig

gutted maf/airbox
hotchkis lower control arms
3" exhuast cutout
homemade cold air intake
2000 tci stall
700R4 with B&M shift kit edelbrock water pump
new best ET 13.5 @104.66
no times with new afr heads hoping for 12's on motor
Nos installed but no times yet

Set-up correctly, you won't find anything stronger than the richmonds. You might try a solid pinon spacer instead of the crush sleeve. Also a support diff cover and all new bearings might be a good idea.

that what i thought but i had a shop near that does installs that says he wont install richmond gears he perfers us gear or gear motive

The Richmonds might be stronger, but alot of shops avoid them because of noise complaints.

Stronger gear designs almost always make more noise.
