Transmission: 700R4
I need help!
I have an 89 firebird, 2.8L v6 with a 700r4 transmission that is completely out! I was what, if any, other transmission I can put in it that will work. I was told any chevy trans will work but I'm not sure...

it would have to be a 700r4.unless you want to do some modifing. and it has to be from a v6 car because of the bolt pattern off the engine.

,700r4 out of most any 2 wheel drive GM vehicle will work. I.E S-10,GMC s-15 ,astro van, camaro. or firebird
