I have a 1990 camaro RS 3.1L. I think I might have a slp take off torsen but im not sure(car got low milage but not sure on number of owners). someone else put a shift kit (B&M) , when I went to put one on myself thats when I noticed it.I recently got into an accident, the axle broke, I repaced with older axles and older spider gears(got an open rear for a good deal). the car just feels diffrent, how can I tell what differential I got(I know its not posi). also what would happen if I put the older stuff into the slp.

If they aren't 28 spline axles i don't think they will work with the slp

If you have spider gears, then you don't have posi. Your car is 90 so it will have 28 spline axles, but you say you replaced the axles with older ones meaning you have the 26 spline versin. To find out what kind of diff you have: count the bolts on the pumpkin. There will be either 9 or 10. Since you changed the axles, i am asuming that you didn't have to press the alxes out, you have a 10 bolt. To find out the ratio, if the cover is still off, rotate the ring gear until you see a 4 digit # on the outside (facing you) divide the first 2 numbers by the second 2 and that is your ratio.
