Non-lockup converters?
Non-lockup converters?
I am currently swapping in a new carbed motor into my 91RS originally with the tbi. I have heard of people getting a lockup kit to have their 700r4 still lockup the TC. However im buying a new converter with the engine swap so i can run a larger cam. If i buy a non-lockup converter for my 700r4 will that solve the complete lockup problem? Then i wont have to buy the lockup kit correct? What are the advantages/disadvantages to buying a non-lockup converter?
