Welcome to TGO. Editing your profile to include make, model, engine, trans, etc. is helpful. It may be possible that you're already running the light-weight version (16 pounds vs. around 25 or so), depending on what engine your car is equipped with. IIRC, the light weight FW was found on TPI cars, L69's, etc.

Zoom makes a complete kit, Lightweight flywheel, pressure plate, clutch disk, throwout bearing and pilot bearing for under $300... The pic shows a pilot bushing but the kit comes with a pilot BEARING...http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Re: T5 flywheel?
I'm not 100% certain, but I'm about 99% sure all the TPI/Z28 cars got the lightweight flywheel. Just about every time I've ever seen the standard weight flywheel, it's out of a RS with the T5. At least that's been my experience with the 87-newer, 1 piece RMS motors. You can easily tell the difference when you look at them. The heavier flywheel is a perfect, flat surface all the way to the ring gear, the lightweight one has recessed, unmachined casting past where the pressure plate bolt holes are.

Re: T5 flywheel?
Be careful with changing to a lightweight aftermarket wheel-my 88 GTA had that done by the previous owner and now the clutch fork sets too far back away from the slave cylinder, so the pedal only goes halfway before the slave cylinder is maxed out, and it will blow if you try and force the pedal down any more.
An adjustable clutch fork pivot ball may help with this, but my car also has that and it doesn't help, I think it's set to the stock setting.
Personally, when it's time for a new clutch, I'm going to replace the lightweight pressure plate in there now with a factory heavy one.
