Do you have neutral? If it is stuck in park regardless or shifter position, perhaps you have a broken shifter cable.

Check the cable... If it's not that drop the pan and see if the link to the manual valve came off somehow. If you park on a hill and shift to neutral the car won't roll if the cable/linkage broke. If it moves it's something else...

take off your torque converter inspection shield and make sure your tc is still bolted to the flywheel/driveplate. This happened to me one time as I was pulling out of my driveway and the car tossed to last tc bolt out, very strange, you would still have neutral though but you can push the car in any drive gear now..

Sounds like your Pump is gone. Is park all you get? ...if you put it in any other gear , does it just roll? If so, dont keep running it or you will make it worse. Yank the trans and either pull the front cover off, or have someone do it for you. If that is what it is, you can usually just replace the pump. If the rotor is broken, you more than likely have a TC that is out of round or worn on the ends and is not engaging the slots all the way. So dont replace the pump without replacing the TC also, or at least checking it and shimming to correct depth.
