I just had my tranny rebuilt w/ a manual valve body. It shifts fine and now I have OD. But for someone reason maybe it is me, it just doesn't seem to pull as hard as it used to. Could this be in my head or I was thinking maybe the TV was adjusted wrong and can't get WOT.
Another note, I thought when you have a manual valve body if kept in Drive the car shifts automatic which it does for me except if I drive along in 3rd and go to WOT, the tranny won't kick down to 2nd, could this all be related to the TV and WOT adjustment?

With a full manual valve body you would have to do all upshifts and downshifts with the stick wouldn't you?

Can somebody explain this to me, if the 700R4 can be switched manually easily (with a B&M) what are the advanteges of t5's over the auto's ? (except that manual has 5 speeds)

Yes, with a full manual valve body you would have to do upshifts, but I don't have a full manual at least that I know of, because if I keep it in drive it will shift through all the gears.
I checked the TV cable and throttle today and the throttle opens all the way.
