Help With Speedo Housing
Car has a TH350, and the car needed a speedo cable, went to throw it on and ...
I've never seen a housing like this. Usually its a simple one sleeve screw on type.
And there isn't enough room to get the cable screwed on.
What do I need to replace?

Picture should be rotated, but you get the idea, housing faces inner drivers-side tunnel.

Re: Help With Speedo Housing
Hi, Thats a ratio adapter. Unscrew the big nut and the regular cable hookup will be there. Dean

Re: Help With Speedo Housing
Perfect, thanks for the info.
It may have the adapter, but there's no way you could actually get a cable onto it, so it's useless on my car I believe.
I'll just pull it off, throw the cable on and get some sort of baseline.
Thanks for the help guys.
