Transmission not shiftin right help

I have a 88 GTA has 110k on it transmission fluid was changed about 5000 miles ago, when the transmission is cold it doesnt want to shift, u have to let off the gas and then it will shift. once it gets warmed up it shifts ok, but every once in a while will still have the problem, even when its warm.

Not sure what to do. I was thinking of having the fluid changed again and having the screen changed hoping that might help

any ideas or suggestions or should i sell the car

Thanks

Re: Transmission not shiftin right help

You would actually consider selling a car over such a minor thing?!?! Maybe you're not a third-gen type of person?? I'll give you $300 for it. :-) Anyway, this sometimes happens when a governor gets replaced, or when the rear axle ratio gets changed, or when the line pressure gets increased.
