Tremec TKO 5- Speed Manual Transmission

I have a 1982 Camaro, next summer I will have my Small Block Chevy 383 built up. The car will be pushin about 500hp & tq. Tremec claims that this tranny can handle 525lbs of tq. I was just wondering what you guys think and if anyone has used this transmission, and how do you like it. Does it really hold up. I know it depends on how you drive also. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the Tremecs are very good transmissions.
