how much will be fair to pay for a 00 t-6 with driveshaft and rear end? just wondering

Do you mean a T56 six speed? The trannies usually go for $1000 and up depending on their condition. The rearend maybe $250 - $500?. A 2000 t56 will be behind a LS1 and will take some work to make if fit an old style sbc. I am putting a 05 GTO t56 behind a sbc and had the input shaft shortened and the midplate machined to accept an aftermarket throwout bearing.
