High clutch Engagement

I installed a brand new Zoom High Performance Kevlar clutch set for my WC T5 and after driving around I noticed that it has a very high clutch engagement. I would say that it engages at about 90-95% release point. It uses a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder so adjustments cannot be done. Do you guys think that maybe the clutch fork is bent? It seems like a pretty solid piece and doesn't look bent. Also, the throwout bearing rattles when I take my foot off the clutch pedal. If I rest my foot on the pedal the rattling goes away. The bearing is also new(came with the kit). Any input is greatly appreciated.

The pivot ball is screwed in as far as it can go into bellhousing. Is it supposed to be like that?

Correct me if I'm wrong but if I'm having a high engagement point(clutch engages almost at the top of pedal travel), if I adjust the pivot ball outward(towards the rear) that should lower my engagement point right?
