The 9 bolt is stronger than a 10 bolt but not by a whole lot.
www.9bolt.com is your best choice for 9 bolt parts.

i was lookin at that site and i sent them an email, they offer a 3.70 or a 3.90, i do more city driving but would still like to take it on the highway, witch do i go with?

I can get you a 3.70. I don't remember what the exact price is, but it's around $200. These gears make a little noise. All of the 9 bolt 3.70 gears do, from what I have heard. I know that the 3.70 gears that I have installed made a little noise and the pinion depth and backlash were set correctly.

jawsgear.com has 3.70 gears and they are in the US. They are made by motive gear and are noisy and they also sell rebuild kits wither bearing and shims and I think a pinion seal too and also a small booklet with instructions on how to set it up.
