L35 Torque converter Q's

I have heard that the L35 (s-10, Blazer 4.3L V6) torque converter was a good upgrade since it has a higher stall speed than the stock F-body. What is the stock stall, and what is the L35 stall? Will this make a difference? I am asking, cause I got one for free and want to know if its worth installing. Thanks.
