I have heard that they are the same tranny, but the 4L60 is electronically controlled. I have a Saturday night Special out of my Iroc(going to a Vig with bigger engine combo)and was wondering if we could put the torque converter in my girlfriends 1994 Z28.

For the later 700's, they could interchange with the 4L60e
